What is the top3percent? The top3percent is a membership site that states that 97% fail to make it on the internet, and that you can join the 3% that do make it online by joining the top3percent membership program.
The downfall is that it does cost about $5 a month. The upside to that is that it has a compensation plan that uses a 4 x 9 "Forced Matrix" revenue sharing plan so you can actually make money.
But what I feel is the best part of top3percent is all the traffic for website you can get. There is a search engine submitter that submits your link to search engines for free giving you traffic for your website, a classifieds blaster that blasts your ad to online classifieds for free(more traffic for website), and an ezine subscriber to send your site to 18 different ezines(even more traffic for website).

If you can't spare $5 a month than you can join a program like SWFHT or Free Internet Money to make the money you need. These are both free programs with the best of the ptc programs that I know first hand do pay.
